MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. The Parties

2. Subject of the Convention

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.8. Any member who violates one or more of the provisions of this membership agreement shall be personally and legally liable for such violation and shall keep the SELLER free of the legal and criminal consequences of such violations. Also; SELLER reserves the right to demand compensation against the member for failure to comply with the membership agreement if the event is transferred to the legal area due to this violation.
3.9. The SELLER has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the files, documents and information of the customer. The member accepts this saving in advance. In this case, the SELLER has no responsibility.
3:10. The software and design of the website www.mesksanat.com are the property of the SELLER and the copyright and / or other intellectual property rights thereof are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. 3.11. 4. Termination of the Contract
This agreement shall remain in force until the member cancels his / her membership or cancels his / her membership by the SELLER. The SELLER may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
5. Settlement of Disputes
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over the disputes regarding this agreement.
6. Effectiveness
Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles contained in the membership agreement. This Convention was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
